A soft felted wool diaper cover made by Imse Vimse. Wool is unique in that it allows maximum air circulation while still offering the best leak-proof protection. Bumpy wool covers are also a favorite with their natural anti-microbial benefits, similar to hemp. This high quality cover allows you to take advantage of the
benefits of wool, without sacrificing the features of a wrap cover.  

Wool covers are perfect for night-time use and only require washing ever few days by hand or machine with a lanolin wool soap, such as Sheepish Grins Wool Wash Bars.  Baby Cotton Bottoms recommends occasional optional treatment with lanolin like Sheepish Grins Lanolin Spray or Sheepish Grins Liquid Lanolin

This is really a wonderful cover, It is soft, breathable and amazingly durable, I have washed and dried it in the machine many, many times and it comes out beautifully, It does shrink a bit, in the rise about an inch or so, my large fits my 16 lb baby, who is the second child to use this cover. It is convenient to use anytime since it goes on just like any other wrap style cover, the waist elastic can easily be replaced or adjusted since it is basically tied into the back casing.  This was wonderful as I was able to take in the waist for my skinny baby with very chubby legs. And It dyes nicely with kool-aid or food coloring . I cant think of a negative thing to say about this cover even if you are afraid of wool you should try this one it will most likely change your mind. Perfect!  --Tracy  5/09

This cover is one of our favorite covers to use on our daughter! The wool material not only makes it durable and cozy, but it seems to allow for a better fit too. We use it as her nighttime cover and have never, ever had a leak because it stays put and the back gathers keep it close to her skin without leaving marks or irritating her. - Barbara 1/06
