Sheepish Grins Liquid Lanolin contains that magic ingredient (lanolin) that is necessary to maintain the water-resistance of your wool diaper covers. Very concentrated; 2 oz goes a long way! Use it alone or together with Sheepish Grins Creamy Lanolin Spray. Available in unscented and in a variety of pleasant light scents. Liquid lanolin also makes wonderful hand lotion/moisturizer. It soaks in well and leaves no stickiness behind. Wool covers will not require frequent washings but when they do, wash gently by hand in comfortably cool water with a wool wash like Sheepish Grins Wool Wash Bars. Then simply mix 1/2 tsp. Sheepish Grins Liquid Lanolin with 1/2 gallon water in your bathroom sink or a bucket. Allow cover(s) to soak in the mixture for at least 15 minutes or overnight. Squeeze gently by hand, (no rinsing) and remove extra water from your wool by rolling it in a towel. Then lay your soaker or cover flat to air dry. Optionally add more lanolin to you cover with Sheepish Grins Creamy Lanolin Spray.
