Shipping & returns
We want you to be successful with everything you purchase from Baby Cotton Bottoms. We are always here to offer support and instructions to help you. If you are still unsatisfied, you may return your items for store credit as long as the following conditions are met:
- Please allow 10 Business Days for a return to be processed. We are usually faster, but sometimes these things take time.
- All UN-USED, UNWORN and UNWASHED items may be returned within 30 days of purchase WITH ORIGINAL TAGS AND PACKAGING. Any item that appears to be worn or washed or smells of use or detergent will be returned to sender with no exchange or refund given.
- Baby Cotton Bottoms must RECEIVE the items within 30 days of original shipment for no additional fees to be charged. After 30 days, a 15% restocking fee will be applied to your credit.
- Items must be new (not washed and not used or worn), in original packaging, if applicable.
- All SALES ARE FINAL on discontinued and clearance or Limited Edition items. Discontinued items or those no longer available for sale on our site will not be accepted for return or exchange.
- No pre-authorization is needed.
- Simply return the item(s) to Baby Cotton Bottoms with a copy of your receipt, or at least a note with your name and order number and contact information, so we can process your credit.
For fastest turn around, include a copy of your receipt or include your order number from your receipt. If you no longer have your receipt, inform us of the first and last name corresponding to the billing address (the person who bought & paid for the items).
